STEP 2: Join your first coaching call. Be prepared to login to your MailChimp account, so we can help you get setup to implement your email automation. Coaching call schedule:

• Tuesdays 1:30PM CST

• Thursdays 1:00PM CST

STEP 3: Review and revise your 12 months of emails using the word document provided:

1. Choose which 12 emails you want to send (or make it a 15-month email drip by selecting them all!)

2. Click "MailChimp Template Link," next to the emails you want to use

3. The templates will automatically import to your MailChimp account. If prompted, sign in to complete this action.

4. Edit the email templates to add your CF's information
   

   1. Check site hyperlinks, phone numbers, email addresses etc.

   2. "FNAME" means that MailChimp will automatically pull in the contact's first name via the merge field
